Since March 2012, Sara and Nicolas Toussaint have taken over the lead of the Auberge d'Hautervie and is keen on giving this well-know address in the area a second life.

In the kitchten, Nicolas Toussaint plays his magic thanks to the expertise he learned next to David Zuddas in Dijon, Jean-Paul Jeunet in Arbois and Jean-Yves Drevet in Neuchtel.

Simplicity, sincerity and generosity are their favorite words. The freshness and the quality of his products chosen carefully result form a permanent exploration. Evolutionary and simple, his cuisine respects the taste of foods.

Situated in the heart of the small village Hauterive between Neuchtel and St-Blaise, The Auberge d'Hauterive is welcoming you all year round.

Inside you will find three rooms with distinct atmospheres. With its green walls, the first one has the style of a Brasserie in Paris. The grey and white colours in the middle room have a more modern touch while the chimney and the warm orange walls in the last one give it a more intimate charm.

For family gatherings, weddings and other celebrations, the Auberge offers a room where 70 people fit as well as a conference room for 16 participants.
